What we need from you:

· Life Insurance license – this is non-negotiable.

· The understanding, this is your new business, it needs to be built and nurtured. (we will support you).

· Enthusiasm, energy, empathy, work ethic, organizational skills, discipline, coachability and the willingness to learn and evolve. (There is no magic bullet to building a business – we provide the resources - you provide the rest).
